Motor Vehicle Crash

The client was in his early 50’s, driving with his children. A truck on the opposite side of the roadway turned into his path of travel and crashed into his car. He was ejected from his vehicle. He died later that day of severe injuries. The case was settled without filing a lawsuit at mediation against the truck driver and his company.
